VIPS (Very Important Partner Support)
If you feel confused, hurt, or alone because of your partner’s war experiences, VIPS invites you to meet with other women who understand your circumstances.
VIPS is a self-led group that seeks to encourage and support wives or partners of Vietnam Veterans who have PTSD or who have trouble getting over their war experiences.
Through sharing of experiences, ideas, and educational resources we offer support and encouragement. A yearly retreat fosters fellowship and friendship with emphasis on relaxation and learning more about yourself. This year’s retreat was at Beaver Meadows, Beaver, Pa 15009 PA.
